The Dreaded Business Plan

All this talk about business plans – I realize I should clue you in on the details of a business plan if you are not yet familiar. I’ve done many business plans in my years and quite frankly do not understand how/why people requisition the writing of THEIR plan over to someone else. I mean – I think that is just missing the point?

A business plan is the ultimate guide to the future of your business. You may be surprised to realize how much you actually come to rely on it when all is said and done. Don’t commission someone else who is not a part of your business to do the work either. Do it yourself – savor and learn from what you have developed.
