2010:The Year of the Empowered Mom

Our mission at Empowering Mom Blog has always been and still is: to inspire and empower moms (and anyone really) to find their niche as an entrepreneur. While our blog has been established for nearly three years, our own entrepreneurial lives sometimes take over and we’ve neglected our blogging duties. However, with the onset of 2010, a new year, we have another year of experience under our belt and brand-new ideas to share with our readers. We want to keep empowering others, like you, to make the leap from working under another’s thumb to experiencing the joy and freedom of being self-employed and successful!
We thank all of you for following along over the years. Please continue to support and comment on your information and take a look back at some of our personal insights we have blogged about from our blog’s inception, especially one of our most popular posts about making the leap.
While we have provided some great tips and insight in the past, not all of it was very organized. A professional resolution of mine is to create a bigger, better blog – one you can follow along at any stage of your work at home life. For those already started, look at it as a refresher course. For those just starting out, welcome. I think you’ll find what you are looking for. Starting now and continuing – we are going back to basics – back to the time when one first contemplates a business and take you through the steps of starting out. Join us – won’t you?!
